Hey guys, saw this thread and thought I’d join in.
I’m currently on 3.9.2 firmware (using an iPhone 5) along with a Pebble Original; since this update along with the last one, I’ve found that the Bluetooth disconnects with a watch icon and an ‘X’ next to it in the upper left hand corner.
I thought I had identified that by leaving the pebble time app running on my phone resolved it, however this was incorrect as I’d noticed it had gone from the ‘wifi’ icon (top left) to the ‘X’ icon regardless.
I’ve checked my phone both the LE and the normal BT connection shows “connected” yet I don’t always have the connection.
For example I’ll get notifications for text and whatsapp messages, however I don’t always get phone call notifications.
I’m annoyed as I’ve only had the watch a fortnight so although I am happy with it, I’m also confused (as it appears that the company couldn’t care less about you understanding the watch icons / instructions) and frustrated by the disconnects.
Anyone out there that can assist?
