I got the same issue on my pebble 2, using HTC Android version 5.0.2
Send several email to Pebble support before and got the same reply as above:
From the photos you have provided, it looks like you need to clear your settings before reconnecting your watch and app.
To correct the issue, plug in your watch, then press the bottom right button and hold it down until you see an animation of 2 spinning circles.
When the animation completes you should be returned to the same screen you had previously (with the text pebble.com/app).
On your phone, open Settings, tap Bluetooth, tap on and forget any Pebble devices listed.
Next, open the Pebble app on your phone and follow the prompt to reconnect the watch
Unfortunately My Pebble 2 still cant be connected, I suspected it caused by my android phone so I did the same with other android phone, this time it connected and updated the Pebble 2 software but still cant connect with any android phone, the Pebble apps still show “connecting”…
I’m really disappointed as I found there is no technical support in Hong Kong…
Just connected the pebble 2 with LG G3(android 4.4.2) successfully, seems it related to android version issue. Did anyone connect the pebble 2 to android mobile with version 5.0 or above successfully?
