On March 6th, I ordered 2 watch bands from clockwork synergy. On March 7th received two email that the bands had been shipped and a tracking number for the USPS SHIPPING. On March 17th I sent them an email requesting a status...no answer. On March 18th I sent a 2nd rebus as to the status...no answer. Today i sent a tweet...no response. And today I am posting on this forum...Where is order # 10284. Here's hoping I get a response. I'll let you know.
On their FB there was activity there today, like an hour ago. Have you tried asking them there?
