I am in this unique (and shitty situation). I got message on Nov 9th 2016 saying my Pebble 2 has been shipped (UPS something). I was eagerly waiting for my watch since then.
- When I didn't get any update/news on my delivery I contacted support (over email) and they said, generally it takes over a month for deliveries to arrive since, it is done through National Post offices (of US an destination country etc).
- I contacted UPS with the tracking and they said since it is done through Post office they can't track it and contact the shipper.
- January I again contacted Pebble (via email), by then they'd stopped email support altogether (pebble+fitbit situation).
Now, it looks like I can neither get a refund or get my watch (which I prefer). What to do? Where can I track this package with my Tracking ID? I am clueless, sad, frustrated and disappointed.
Anybody else in this situation?
